Indie in the Windy City Spring Show!!!

It's getting to be a long winter, but there is hope for Spring! The Indie Gals will be hosting their spring event on Saturday, April 4th! This will be a one day event featuring great indie artists and designers. The event will be held @ the Chelsea House, 920 West Wilson Avenue, Chicago from 10 a.m.-4p.m.
Vendor applications are being accepted as we speak! Please email mspaniel@jpusa.org for the info.
A portion of proceeds for this event will go to Cornerstone Community Outreach, ccolife.org

Depart-ment application is up!!!

For those of you who love to sell, check this out! There is a great venue out there called 'Depart-ment, quarterly store of Handmade Goods.' The event is December 5,6,7 and is held at the Av-erie in chicago. for full details, visit their site: http://www.depart-ment.com/
It's a great place to sell your wares AND shop for the holidays! The vendor applications for the December show have just been posted, so get on over there and fill one out!

Success for Indie!!!

Well, at least it felt like a success, with a steady flow of traffic throughout the day! The vendors were happy, the shoppers were happy, coffee was flowing. You should have been there! The spot in the Red Eye really helped to get the word out!
So, thank you to all of you wonderful vendors that helped make this day possible! We hope to do another event in the spring....
